Mob’s honey harissa carrots with whipped feta

Here in the House & Garden office, we're somewhat evangelical about the Bold Bean Co and all their many brilliant products – these are beans to elevate any dish. We love using them in recipes like brothy beans with garlic and Swiss chard or this warming Tuscan ribollita.
This recipe from the brand's excellent cookbook, Bold Beans, makes carrots the stars of the show alongside succulent chickpeas (it really does pay to get the best) and tangy feta. The cookbook recommends serving this recipe with some warm flatbreads.If you don't have carrot tops, use fresh parsley.
